Location: Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands

We are looking for a Project Control Advisor who acts as a trusted advisor within complex infrastructure and environmental projects. In this role, you contribute to improving project performance by providing insights and recommendations across multiple control aspects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on project control aspects including:
    • Baseline management
    • Risk and opportunity management
    • Planning
    • Information management
    • Quality management
  • Monitor and manage project baselines (time, cost, scope) throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify risks and opportunities and develop mitigation and optimization strategies
  • Ensure structured and accessible project documentation and archiving
  • Prepare periodic reports and evaluations for stakeholders
  • Analyze control processes and propose improvements
  • Proactively provide both solicited and unsolicited advice to project teams and stakeholders

Requirements (Mandatory)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project control
  • Proven experience with:
    • Baseline management
    • Risk & opportunity management
    • Planning, information, and quality management
  • Experience working in integrated project management (IPM) environments
  • Higher professional or university degree
  • Proficiency in Dutch (required)
  • Willingness to travel between multiple work locations
