Service Coverage: 07:00–19:00 CET + On-Call Support

We are seeking a DBA Intermediate (L2) to support enterprise database operations within a global IT services environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for database professionals looking to strengthen their Oracle and PostgreSQL expertise while working alongside senior database specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Oracle database administration activities
• Assist with Oracle Exadata-related operational tasks
• Support PostgreSQL database environments
• Monitor database health, availability, and performance
• Assist with backup, recovery, and maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot database incidents and service requests
• Participate in operational support and on-call activities

Required Skills & Experience

Basic to intermediate Oracle Database Administration

Exposure to Oracle Exadata environments

Basic PostgreSQL Administration

Database monitoring and maintenance experience

Understanding of backup and recovery concepts

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting production database environments

Linux operating system knowledge

Understanding of ITIL-based support processes
