Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate a large-scale organizational and digital transformation initiative involving the consolidation of multiple operational entities into a unified structure. The role requires strong program governance, stakeholder management, and transformation leadership to ensure successful implementation within a fixed timeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage the overall program roadmap, milestones, and implementation plan.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure alignment across business, operational, and IT teams.
- Prioritize activities and manage dependencies between systems, processes, and stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, including resource constraints, delays, and operational impacts.
- Establish governance structures, reporting frameworks, and executive-level progress updates.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to support decision-making and implementation.
- Drive change management and organizational transformation activities.
- Monitor project delivery, ensuring objectives, timelines, and quality standards are achieved.
- Support the modernization and integration of digital services, applications, and operational processes.

- Extensive experience as a Program Manager leading large-scale transformation initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
- Scrum Product Owner Certification.

- Experience with large-scale organizational mergers, transformation programs, CRM, ERP, or enterprise platform implementations.
