Senior Infrastructure Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Support Specialist to support large-scale hardware deployment and configuration management initiatives within a complex ICT environment serving more than 3,000 users.

Start Date: 04/08/2026
End Date: 04/08/2028
Location: Melle (Hybrid)
Contract: Full-time (80% regime), long-term assignment

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage hardware rollout planning and scheduling.
  • Communicate with end users regarding deployment activities and consolidate responses.
  • Provide user support and address infrastructure-related queries.
  • Create and maintain FAQs, documentation, and knowledge base content.
  • Monitor incidents, perform reporting, and drive issue resolution.
  • Support project management activities, including planning and tracking.
  • Collect and manage data for billing and reporting purposes.
  • Improve configuration and asset management processes to ensure data quality.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT infrastructure support.
  • Experience supporting large organizations with 3,000+ users.
  • Strong background in user support, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Extensive experience with asset and configuration management.
  • Proven experience in incident management and reporting.
  • Experience with project planning and coordination.
  • Hands-on knowledge of PowerApps, Power BI, Power Query, SharePoint, Jira, and Microsoft 365.
  • Knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices.
  • Native-level Dutch (CEFR C2).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with datacenter networks.
  • Knowledge of switching and routing technologies.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or engineering field.
