About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Test Coordinator to support large-scale initiatives within the GIS domain, contributing to the modernization and optimization of smart energy networks.
In this role, you will define, coordinate, and oversee all testing activities across functional and non-functional domains, ensuring high-quality delivery across IT and business teams. You will act as the central point of coordination between developers, business analysts, testers, and project stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and successful execution of testing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the overall test strategy in line with organizational testing standards and project acceptance criteria.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor all testing phases, including test preparation, execution, and reporting.
- Define test scope, test plans, and ensure adequate preparation of test data.
- Manage and coordinate testing teams (5–25 people), including DEV, BA, testers, and business stakeholders.
- Set up and maintain test organization structures in tools such as HP ALM / Quality Center and Azure Test Plans.
- Maintain the test schedule, including environment availability and dependencies across test phases.
- Track and manage defects in collaboration with project managers, business representatives, BA teams, and developers.
- Prioritize defects and ensure proper resolution tracking and communication.
- Ensure consistency and quality of test data, execution results, and defect reporting.
- Establish and maintain key testing KPIs and reporting dashboards to support project governance and decision-making.
- Support Agile/Scrum, V-model, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Facilitate testing sessions, including planning, coordination, coaching, and stakeholder engagement.
Required Skills & Experience
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Test Coordination or Test Management roles.
- Strong experience defining and implementing test strategies for medium to large-scale projects.
- Proven experience managing test teams (5–25 people).
- Hands-on experience with:
- HP ALM / Quality Center
- Azure DevOps Test Plans
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and practices (ISTQB Foundation level or equivalent).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum, V-model, and hybrid delivery environments.
- Proven experience coordinating test execution with business stakeholders.
- Excellent command of French (CEFR C2 level).
Preferred Skills
- Good understanding of English (CEFR B2 level).
- Knowledge of GIS environments is a plus.
- Strong understanding of test planning, defect management, and test reporting best practices.
