Transformation Consultant
Overview
This role supports and drives organizational transformation initiatives in a complex and highly regulated environment. The Transformation Consultant combines project management, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and change management to ensure successful implementation of new solutions, technologies, and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor transformation projects from initiation to delivery
- Develop project plans, studies, analyses, and implementation roadmaps
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Support the design and implementation of operational and technical improvements
- Facilitate communication between business, technical experts, and management
- Maintain project documentation, governance records, and compliance-related materials
- Support procurement activities and supplier management when required
- Drive change management activities, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption
- Ensure new processes, technologies, and solutions are effectively embedded within the organization
Required Profile
- Experience in transformation programs, project management, or organizational change initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external partners
- Knowledge of process improvement and operational optimization
- Experience with documentation management and project governance
- Ability to translate business and technical requirements into practical solutions
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with broader project objectives
