Salesforce Developer – Sales Cloud & Service Cloud (CRM)
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: up to 31/12/2026 (renewable, max 880 working days)
Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid – on-site presence required)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Medior Salesforce Developer to support the ongoing maintenance, evolution, and stabilization of a strategic CRM platform based on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The role supports both B2B and Customer Care operations, ensuring platform reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.

The consultant will work on functional and technical aspects of the CRM ecosystem, contributing to enhancements, automation initiatives (including AI-driven customer service), and reporting improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
  • Stabilize and support post-go-live Service Cloud functionalities.
  • Analyze business requirements in collaboration with functional teams.
  • Translate requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
  • Develop Apex code, Lightning components, and Salesforce configurations.
  • Support integration via REST/SOAP APIs and related services.
  • Participate in CRM automation and AI initiatives (e.g. Agentforce for Customer Care).
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and bug fixing.
  • Manage incidents and ensure platform stability.
  • Support release management and deployment activities (CI/CD).
  • Maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce development (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud).
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning, and Force.com development.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of data migration tools (Data Loader, configuration tools).
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (AMPscript, server-side JS, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes and customer service workflows.
  • Dutch or French at native/bilingual level.
  • English at professional working level.
