SAP Basis Consultant – SAP HANA & Cloud Migration

Consultant Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Consultant to join our team in Amsterdam. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Basis Administration, SAP HANA, cloud migrations, and SAP system integration.

This role requires hands-on experience managing SAP landscapes, performing migrations, and supporting SAP environments across both HANA and Oracle database platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform SAP Basis Administration activities across complex SAP landscapes.
• Support and execute SAP migrations to cloud platforms with real-time project experience.
• Manage SAP systems running on both SAP HANA and Oracle databases.
• Perform SAP installations, upgrades, patches, and system maintenance.
• Administer and support SAP HANA environments.
• Manage SAP SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation) configurations and operations.
• Configure and administer SAP Cloud Connector.
• Support integration between SAP and non-SAP applications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure system availability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver SAP solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6–8 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BASIS and SAP HANA.
• Experience with SAP migration projects to cloud environments.
• Proven experience working with:
  • SAP HANA Database Administration
  • Oracle Database Administration
  • SAP Installation and Upgrade activities
  • SAP SLT
  • SAP Cloud Connector
  • SAP and non-SAP integrations
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in enterprise SAP environments.

Language Requirements:

• Professional communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of Dutch or French is an advantage.
