SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding & Recruitment Analyst

Contract / Consultant Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding & Recruitment Analyst to join our team in Amsterdam. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding, supporting HR transformation initiatives and improving employee lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Onboarding processes.
- Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Configure and manage business rules, workflows, permissions, templates, and forms.
- Support Candidate Experience and Recruiting Marketing processes.
- Analyze and troubleshoot functional issues within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Collaborate on integrations using SAP CPI, APIs, and middleware solutions.
- Provide expertise on HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Support continuous improvements and optimization of SuccessFactors solutions.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 6–8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF-EC), Recruiting, and Onboarding.
- Good understanding of Recruiting Management, Candidate Experience, and Onboarding processes.
- Experience with SuccessFactors configuration including workflows, permissions, templates, forms, and business rules.
- Knowledge of integration concepts and tools such as SAP CPI, APIs, or middleware.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional solutions.
- Experience working with HR stakeholders in complex environments.
