About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst (P2P) to support a strategic Efficiency Program focused on optimizing operational processes and preparing for future energy market challenges.

You will play a key role in analyzing and improving the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process by identifying inefficiencies, redesigning workflows, and supporting implementation within a complex SAP environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct AS-IS analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and root causes
  • Update or create process documentation where needed
  • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Design and propose TO-BE processes and supporting tools
  • Translate business needs into clear business requirements
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure business readiness
  • Develop procedures, work instructions, and training materials
  • Ensure alignment with other projects within the Efficiency Program
  • Perform data analysis and reporting (SAP-based) to support decision-making

Your Profile

Must-Have

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) projects
  • Proven experience in:
    • Process analysis and optimization
    • Writing procedures, work instructions, and documentation
    • Facilitating workshops with stakeholders
  • Experience with process modeling tools (e.g. Visio)
  • Fluent in French (C2 level)
  • Valid driving license

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SAP MM and SAP FICO modules
  • Background in the energy sector or DSO environment
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
