About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst (P2P) to support a strategic Efficiency Program focused on optimizing operational processes and preparing for future energy market challenges.
You will play a key role in analyzing and improving the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process by identifying inefficiencies, redesigning workflows, and supporting implementation within a complex SAP environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct AS-IS analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and root causes
- Update or create process documentation where needed
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Design and propose TO-BE processes and supporting tools
- Translate business needs into clear business requirements
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure business readiness
- Develop procedures, work instructions, and training materials
- Ensure alignment with other projects within the Efficiency Program
- Perform data analysis and reporting (SAP-based) to support decision-making
Your Profile
Must-Have
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) projects

Proven experience in:
- Process analysis and optimization
- Writing procedures, work instructions, and documentation
- Facilitating workshops with stakeholders
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g. Visio)
- Fluent in French (C2 level)
- Valid driving license
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP MM and SAP FICO modules
- Background in the energy sector or DSO environment
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
