Solution Architect (D365)

Overview
This role is responsible for designing and delivering technology solutions that support business transformation and operational excellence within a complex and highly regulated environment. The Solution Architect combines technical expertise, project leadership, and stakeholder management to ensure that solutions are secure, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solution architectures aligned with business and technical requirements
• Develop technical concepts, feasibility studies, and implementation roadmaps
• Lead and coordinate solution delivery from design through deployment and operational handover
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical experts, suppliers, and project teams
• Ensure solutions comply with governance, security, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and architectural approaches
• Manage project scope, risks, budgets, timelines, and dependencies
• Maintain architecture documentation, technical standards, and project records
• Support procurement activities, vendor management, and contract follow-up
• Drive change management and ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes

Required Profile

• Strong experience in solution architecture and technical concept development
• Experience delivering complex business and technology transformation projects
• Solid project management and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) environments is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of system integration, governance, and enterprise architecture principles
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to balance technical, operational, financial, and business requirements
• Experience in regulated or industrial environments is an advantage
