We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead mission‑critical IT projects within high‑precision semiconductor manufacturing environments. This role drives end‑to‑end delivery of IT solutions supporting EUV systems, fab operations, MES, automation platforms, and engineering systems — with a relentless focus on uptime, stability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of IT projects supporting EUV systems, semiconductor fabs, and engineering environments.
- Define detailed project scope, requirements, stage gates, and acceptance criteria using a structured Waterfall methodology.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and documentation aligned with fab standards.
- Ensure minimal disruption to fab operations while maintaining high uptime and wafer throughput.
- Collaborate with IT, manufacturing engineering, production, and system integration teams across global environments.
- Drive delivery of projects impacting MES, fab automation, EUV equipment interfaces, and engineering systems.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to system downtime, data integrity, and production impact.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and change‑management processes.
- Manage vendors, system integrators, and external technology partners.
- Execute structured release and deployment planning aligned with fab schedules (zero‑impact changes).
- Provide governance reporting, milestone tracking, dashboards, and executive‑level updates.
- Lead change management, user adoption, and post‑implementation stabilization.
Must‑Have Skills
- Proven experience delivering IT projects in semiconductor fabs, EUV environments, or high‑availability engineering systems.
- Strong Waterfall project planning and execution capabilities.
- Expertise in risk management, especially in uptime‑critical environments.
- Experience managing budgets, cost controls, and large‑scale program financials.
- Ability to operate in precision‑driven, high‑pressure fab environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional leadership skills.
