Senior Enterprise Account Executive
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive business growth by acquiring and expanding strategic enterprise accounts. This role focuses on managing complex sales cycles, building executive-level relationships, and closing high-value deals within a fast-growing technology and sustainability-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and contract signature.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of strategic enterprise opportunities.
- Develop trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
- Understand customer challenges and translate them into compelling value-based solutions.
- Lead complex sales processes, including RFPs, procurement procedures, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with Marketing on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.
- Work closely with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term customer value.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies, methodologies, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, SaaS sales, or complex solution selling.
- Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong experience managing long and complex sales cycles.
- Expertise in value-based selling and consultative sales approaches.
- Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and manage strategic account pipelines.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on revenue growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Experience in technology, mobility, energy, SaaS, or digital transformation sectors.
- Familiarity with procurement processes, RFP management, and contract negotiations.
- Experience working in high-growth or scaling organizations.
Languages
- Fluent Dutch and/or French.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Trilingual proficiency (Dutch, French, and English) is considered a strong asset.
